Djúpavíkdays 2009  -  14. - 16. August 2009

Welcome to the Djúpavik days from 14 till 16 August 2009.

Dinner at the Hotel is from 6 pm till 8 pm.
At 9 pm icelandic saxophonist Margrét B. Sigurbjörnsdóttir gives a concert in one the tanks next to the old herring factory.
After the concert we come together for a night coffee at the Hotel.

11 am: Play "Duck & drake" infront of the Hotel.
1 pm: Sightseeing trip on our boat Djúpfari - Kúvíkur, Naustvík, Djúpavík.
1 pm: Easy hike in the neighbourhood
2 pm: Guided tour in the old herring factory (kr. 500.- per person)
2 pm: Funny games for childen (and grownups) next to the Hotel.
4 pm: Sightseeing trip on our boat Djúpfari - Kúvíkur, Naustvík, Djúpavík.
4 pm: Fishing from the pear.
6.30 till 9 pm: Very delicious Fishbuffet in Hótel Djúpavík (kr. 3.500.-). Dinner music by Hraun.
10 pm: Concert by Hraun and Svavar Knútur (kr. 1.000.-)
Midnight: Traditional ending of the evening.

2 pm: Our last delicious cake buffet for this year (kr. 1.500.-).
